Gold Price in Pakistan

 

  


  Gold prices in Pakistan soared to a record high on Wednesday, aligning with the upward trend seen in the international market.

     Data provided by the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association revealed that the price per tola of gold rose by Rs2,200, settling at Rs251,900. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold increased by Rs1,887, closing at Rs215,964.

      In the global market, the price of this precious commodity has surged to $2,391 per ounce.

      The day before, the per tola price of 24-karat gold witnessed a significant increase of Rs2,400, reaching a closing value of Rs249,700. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold surged by Rs2,057, settling at Rs214,077.

     These fluctuations are closely correlated with changes in the value of the US Dollar, indicating the strong relationship between currency fluctuations and gold prices. This highlights the influence of global economic factors on local gold markets.
