    For medical supervisor roles, a bachelor’s degree in Emergency Medical Services and a valid DOH license as an Advance Care Paramedic is required. In addition, candidates should have instructor certifications in various life support courses and at least two years of field experience.  

   Infection Control Specialists, on the other hand, need to hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in infection control, while Emergency Physicians must possess board certification from recognized medical bodies and hold a valid DOH license, along with two years of field experience.
